Congratulations to Loman, Chair of Elgin Model Flying Club!

At the end of July, Loman Browne, passed his A certificate at the Hamilton Model Flying Club. The Elgin Club chairman was tested on the day by Bill Anderson.   Both Bill and Loman would like to thank Hamilton club members for the use of their club site and for their hospitality.
