Dear BMFA member in Scotland Area 15,
The official notification of the Scotland Area AGM for this year was sent out as a block email to all BMFA members in Scotland by Andy Symons.
Just in case you didn’t get it, or didn’t read it, or it went in your junk file (I know emails fall through the cracks sometimes) here it is below. Each affiliated club gets one vote, but all club members are encouraged to attend, and may speak at the meeting.
The AGM for 2024 will take place online as a Zoom call at 7 pm on Wednesday 20th November.
Everyone wishing to attend the AGM must register in advance by clicking on the link below

You enter your name, a few details including your BMFA membership number, the computer checks your number and sends back a link that you will click on to join the zoom call. Keep it safe.
After the AGM business concludes, we will carry on into an Ordinary members meeting. That’s because we are not allowed “Any Other Business” at an AGM, so anything the clubs wish to bring up can be dealt with afterwards. Hope to see you there.
